Job Description:
The Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) at Weber State University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor faculty position to start fall semester 2021. In addition to teaching a standard load of 12 credits per semester, faculty are expected to pursue scholarly activities and perform university-related service. Qualified candidates are expected to teach a range of curricular topics in the ECE department.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum requirements are a doctorate in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of industrial experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have university-level teaching experience and a strong commitment to undergraduate education.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision: Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
